Open house features programs, resources, & facilities

High school juniors and seniors who are undecided about their future college plans are invited, along with their parents, to attend the “It’s Not Too Late to Apply” Open House at Penn State Wilkes-Barre. The open house will be held on Tuesday, April 1, in Hayfield House beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Applications for admission are still being accepted for fall 2003 and admissions procedures and criteria will be explained. Adults interested in beginning higher education or returning to college are also welcome to attend. The open house provides an opportunity to learn about the programs, facilities and resources available at Penn State Wilkes-Barre in Lehman. In addition, faculty, admissions counselors and staff will be on hand to discuss associate and baccalaureate degree programs, student activities, athletic programs, scholarship opportunities and financial aid. General information about Penn State will also be available. Refreshments will be provided.
