Hatha Yoga classes forming

1/13/2003 —
An 8-week session of Hatha Yoga classes will begin on Wednesday, January 29 at Penn State Wilkes-Barre in Lehman. Hatha Yoga is the practice of physical postures combined with controlled breathing techniques to release tension and promote strength and flexibility of body, mind and emotions.

The sessions begin at 6:30 p.m. in the campus’ Athletics & Recreation Building and will run through March 19. For more information or to register, please call 675-9259.
