Jerry Haines to Perform

1/8/2003 —
Jerry Haines, singer/songwriter, will perform in Penn State Wilkes-Barre's Café Commons on Friday, January 24 at noon. For the past 24 years, Haines has performed throughout the Mid-Atlantic states at fairs, colleges, coffee houses, and concert series. In addition to the guitar, he also plays the autoharp and often accompanies himself on the harmonica. Influenced by Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell, and Leon Redbone, Haines lyrics draw from day to day life.

Penn State Wilkes-Barre’s Cultural and Performing Arts Series are free and open to the public. For more information, call 675-9284.
