All full-time faculty: Article III, Sec 1, PSU WB Senate Constitution: All full time faculty of PSU WB who hold the rank of Instructor through Professor or the equivalent Library rank.Part-time Faculty: Article III, Sec 2, PSU WB Senate Constitution: the total number not to exceed 10% of the number of full time faculty.
