The Maintenance/Janitorial Departments cover all of the physical plant needs of the campus. The Maintenance Department is responsible for grounds maintenance and all repairs; the Janitorial Department is responsible for the interior light replacement and cleaning of all campus buildings.
During the school year the Maintenance and Janitorial Departments have 24-hour coverage Monday through Friday. Please note that during the summer months (May, June, July and August) the hours of operation for the Maintenance/Janitorial Departments is reduced.

- Between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Mon. - Fri., call 406-1165 or 406-0645.
- Between 4 p.m. and midnight Mon. - Fri., call 406-0416.
- Between midnight and 8 a.m. Mon. - Fri., call 406-1165
(if no answer leave a voice message). - During all other times, contact the Security Guard on duty by calling Ext. 111 and pressing the asterisk (*) to leave a verbal message.
